On Exercise

With Rheumatoid Arthritis, the more mobile you can keep yourself, the better off you can be.  I can understand that there are times when you just can’t and I go through those also, but then I go into the thinking mode of if I don’t, I might not be able to move for a while.

The goal is to do some type of movement or exercise for 30 minutes a day.  Believe it or not, your body goes into rapid deterioration after 72 hours of being stagnant.
