My Training Schedule
Strength Training
- Monday – Arms, Back and Chest
- Tuesday – Legs and Shoulders
- Wednesday – Rest
- Thursday – Arms, Back and Chest
- Friday – Legs and Shoulders
- Saturday & Sunday – Rest
Strength training is done with as much intensity as possible. For those of us with Rheumatoid Arthritis, know or learn your pain limits.
Always remember, we are working to keep the disease under control. Not to prove that we will be the next Mr. or Mrs. Olympia
Cardio
- Monday – Elliptical & Swim
- Tuesday – Swim
- Wednesday – Rest
- Thursday – Elliptical & Swim
- Friday – Swim
- Saturday & Sunday – Rest
Time on Elliptical is random and dependent on how my legs want to train that day.
Swimming is done for 45 min to an Hour.
